At Thugile & Threads, every piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and the utmost care. Because of this, we do not offer cash on delivery for any orders. All payments must be completed online through our secure payment gateway before we dispatch your order.

Once your payment is confirmed, we carefully package your chudidar set using our eco-friendly, compostable delivery bags. We ship across India and most international destinations. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, while express delivery takes 2-3 business days.

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your package reaches you safely and on time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments and our commitment to hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchased items. Each chudidar set is made to order with great precision, and we cannot resell returned custom pieces.

We encourage you to review the size guide carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, please reach out to us before placing your order and we will be happy to help you choose the right fit.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
